Gender Equality Plan

The Gender Equality Plan (GEP) for the "Central and Eastern European Oncology Group" Association is a strategic document created for its community. It aims to ensure a safe, welcoming, and discrimination-free environment that allows all individuals to develop freely on a scientific, professional, and personal level. Since its inception, one of CEEOG's priorities has been to foster an atmosphere of inclusivity and equality, and this document formalizes these long-standing principles in the spirit of the EU's Gender Equality Strategy. The Plan is a public document intended for all members and collaborators of the Association, serving as a declaration of our special commitment to an equal and inclusive organizational culture. It defines goals and areas of action, encompasses data collection and monitoring, and also commits to conducting educational activities that align with the gender equality policy.
